Product description

  ceramic lined composite steel pipes are the key supporting and promoted project in the National High Technology Research and Development Program("863"Program) of China, regarded as the China Torch Program by the State Scientific and Technological Commission. Developed by the University of Science & Technology Beijing, the product has finished the product identification in Department of Metallurgy and Electric Power in 1994(Metallurgical unit 93 metallurgical no. 372 and electric power unit 94 electrical no.30), achieving the Pilot technological test and taking the lead in industrialized production in my company. It is the composite new material with international advanced level.
  The features of the product
  Good wear resistance: the inner of the ceramic lined composite pipes is corundum ceramics with more than 9.0 of Mohs’ scale of hardness(correspond to HRC90), which possesses highly wear-resistance in the transport medium of electric-power, coal, metallurgy and mine. 
  Fine heat-resistance: the ceramic lined composite pipes are able to operate normally between -50℃ and 900℃ for a long time. And its coefficient of linear expansion is 6~8×10-6/℃.

This achievement makes us the only domestic industrialized producer of large diameter ceramic lined composite pipe.
