  Silicon Carbide ceramics composite pipes are the new-type products developed by our company.   Due to the fact that the products of the power stations transportation pipe materials in the industry of PPCP, chemistry,etc., would be corroded and abraded, its performance of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion will degrade, which not only can it cause the increase expense of maintenance and workforce, but also effect the safe running in the industry. The main reason is that this material is only wear-resistant or only anti-corrosion. And its quality is restricted by markets, cost performance, etc.
  Therefore, developing the highly wear-resistant and anti-corrosive composite pipes is the cutting edge in today’s exploitation of new materials and the major key of technical innovation.
  In this context, our scientific and technical personnel have developed the Silicon Carbide ceramics composite pipes. By utilizing the unique properties of polymer, according to process requirements, the granular ceramic with very high hardness and laminate ceramic with certain hardness are combined on the inner wall of the steel pipe by special process, forming ceramic composite pipe of silicon carbide polymerization. It has solved the problems of abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance in flue gas desulfurization denitrification and other chemical industry, which has very significant social and economic benefits.

  High resistance
  Because the inner wall composite layer of the steel pipe is made with high wear-resistant silicon carbide ceramic and a maze stacked structure according to process requirements, the product has good wear resistance.
  High Corrosion Resistance
  Since the various elements of the composite layer are corrosion resistant materials, it fundamentally solve the main problems of corrosion. At the same time due to the laminated structure of layered alternating set in advance, it makes the whole composite layer look like maze, greatly adding penetration path of corrosive ion and resulting in better anti-corrosion. It can be widely used for working environment containing acid, alkali, salt medium.
  High bond strength
  Due to the body of composite material made of organic polymer and the basis of inorganic ceramic used as reinforcing agent, through specific technics it hinges under certain temperature, pressure and appropriate environment and closely combines with the inner wall of steel pipe, reaching high peel strength of 14-16mpa. Besides, the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite layer and the steel tube is basically the same, so the composite layer will not fall off because of the big difference in thermal expansion coefficient.
  Temperature tolerance
  This product can work at -40℃ and 160℃ for a long time. Up to 250℃.
  Recover-ability
  During operation, the pipe lining, affected by many factors, will cause different degrees of wear, whole or partial loss, thus limiting site outage time. In this case through a whole or partial repair on the spot, it can meet the operating requirement by repairing in a short time to save operating costs.
